J. Thomas Mercer is The Founder of JTM Development, Ltd. Prior to founding the company, Mr. Mercer was responsible for national build-to-suit development for AMB Property Corporation, headquartered in San Francisco, California. Before joining AMB he was a Partner with Panattoni Development Company in charge of development for the State of Colorado. From 1994 to 1999 he was responsible for North American build-to-suit development for ProLogis Trust. Mr. Mercer has lead development teams in the completion of over $650 million in commercial and residential projects throughout the United States and Canada and he has coordinated approximately $1.1 billion in development. Mr. Mercer has primary responsibility for real estate development and land acquisitions for JTM Development, Ltd. He received his Bachelor of Arts with High Honors and his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.

Curtis has more than 23 years experience in all facets of commercial real estate. He has represented a wide variety of tenants and buyers such as international public companies, government agencies and private businesses.

His background includes regional property management, leasing, subleasing and sales. Curtis has worked on office buildings, industrial / warehouse projects and retail centers of various sizes and locations.

This broad range of commercial real estate allows him to have first-hand working knowledge of all sides of a transaction. For you, this means the ability to structure the best agreement for your company.

Curtis has earned the designations of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and Real Property Administrator (RPA). He is an active member of the Central Texas CCIM Chapter and the Commercial Leasing Brokers Association and has served on the Building Owners and Managers Association's Board of Directors.
Curtis and his wife Cindy are raising twin daughters, Carolyn and Courtney.

Ramona Jarvis is the Accounting Manager for JTM Development, Ltd. Ms. Jarvis has owned and operated her own private CPA practice since 1998. Prior to starting her own company, she was the CFO and Operations Manager for Loadhandler Industries, Inc.

She also worked as an accounting manager for IBM Austin and Compuadd Computer Corporation where she gained experience coordinating and implementing policies, procedures and controls for all accounting functions. Bringing an unwavering attention to detail, Ms. Jarvis currently oversees the financial and administrative activities for JTM Development.

She graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in accounting and holds a CPA license.
